The entire project will include residential, commercial, multifamily development and open parks/public space.

The city has decided short term rentals will NOT be allowed here. Six month minimum lease is required.

While we are working towards private boat slips and hope to achieve this, we do not have an answer yet or a timeline from the city.

Three story plans will have an option for elevators in the home along with rear facing deck (s) on the third story facing towards river.

Specifics on the other areas in this master plan are not currently available. Atlas Building Group is only working on this single family section closest to the river.
